Data Deletion Policy
Last updated: September 7, 2026
CentralAD — Multi-Platform Ad Campaign Management
1. Who This Applies To
This policy explains how to have your data deleted from CentralAD if you:
- Connected a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) advertising account, a Facebook Page or an Instagram business account to CentralAD (this connection is made through Facebook Login for Business from your signed-in CentralAD account; CentralAD does not offer sign-in with Facebook), or
- Are otherwise a CentralAD user with a personal account (sign-in by email and password, Google, or TikTok).
For our full data practices, see our Privacy Policy.
2. How to Request Deletion
You can request deletion of your CentralAD data in any of the following ways:
(a) In-app account deletion. Go to Settings > Account > Danger Zone and select Delete Account. This immediately starts the deletion process described below.
(b) Remove CentralAD from your Facebook Business Integrations. In your Facebook account, go to Settings > Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites) and remove CentralAD. This revokes CentralAD's access to your Facebook data; it does not by itself delete your CentralAD account, so we recommend also using option (a) or (c) to remove your CentralAD data.
(c) Email us. Send a deletion request to the contact address in our Privacy Policy (privacy@central.ad). Include the email address associated with your CentralAD account so we can locate it.
3. What Gets Deleted
When your deletion request is processed, we delete:
- Your CentralAD account and profile information.
- Connected-platform access tokens (Meta, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn, X, and any other platform you connected).
- Your campaigns, ad sets, ads, and generated ad creatives stored in CentralAD.
- Leads captured through your campaigns and stored in CentralAD.
What stays on the platform side. When you delete a campaign inside CentralAD you can choose whether its ads are also removed from Meta. Deleting your CentralAD account does not remove ads from Meta: it deletes CentralAD's records and disconnects your Meta account, and any ads still running under your own Meta ad account remain under your control in Meta Ads Manager.
4. Timeline and Confirmation
We process deletion requests on the same schedule described in our Privacy Policy: account and personal data are deleted within 30 days of your request, and backups are purged within 90 days. We retain only what the law requires us to keep (for example, payment records for tax purposes).
Once your data has been deleted, we send a confirmation to the email address on file for your account.
5. Contact Us
Questions about this policy or a deletion request in progress can be sent to the contact address in our Privacy Policy (privacy@central.ad).
This Data Deletion Policy is effective as of September 7, 2026.
